''In accordance with the decision published in the Official Gazette dated 17.11.2023 and numbered 32372, the second education tuition payments of associate and undergraduate students who continue their formal education programs with the Presidential Decree dated 8/2/2023 and numbered 6785 are covered by the state.''
Based on the above-mentioned Presidential Decree, the money of the students who paid the second tuition fee in the fall semester of 2023-2024 will be refunded.
