Important Information Regarding the Exams of the Courses Coded YDİ 107, GK01 Turkish Language I, and AİT 101
Rules That Students Must Follow in the Exams of Common Compulsory Courses
(Foreign Language, Turkish Language, Atatürk’s Principles and History of Turkish Revolution)
to Be Held on November 17, 2025
- Students are required to enter the exam with their student ID cards.
- No students will be admitted to the exam hall after the exam has started. Therefore, students must be present in the exam hall at least 10 minutes before the exam time. Students will not be allowed to leave the exam hall until the exam is over.
- Students must check the name lists posted on the door of the exam hall where they will take the exam at least 30 minutes before the exam and must take the exam in the hall where their name is listed. Students whose names are not included in the hall list must contact the unit exam representative.
- Students must keep their student ID cards on their desks during the exam in a way that is visible to the invigilators.
- Students will not be allowed to leave the exam hall during the exam period.
- The exams of students who take the exam but do not have a signature on the hall signature list will be considered invalid.
- The exams of students who take the exam but incorrectly code their name, surname, student number, and/or Turkish Republic ID number will be considered invalid.
- Students must not enter the exam hall with devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, headphones, etc. If students are found to have such devices on them during the exam, this will be considered an attempt to cheat. In such cases, a report will be prepared by the invigilators and the students’ exams will be considered invalid. Disciplinary action will be taken against these students in accordance with the Fırat University Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education, Instruction, and Examination Regulations.
