(FOREIGN LANGUAGE, TURKISH LANGUAGE, ATATÜRK’S PRINCIPLES AND HISTORY OF THE TURKISH REVOLUTION) TO BE HELD ON 17 NOVEMBER 2025

1. Students are required to enter the exam with their student ID cards.

2. After the exam has started, no students will be admitted into the exam hall. Therefore, students must be present in the exam hall at least 10 minutes before the exam start time. Students will not be allowed to leave the exam hall until the end of the exam.

3. Students must check the name lists posted on the doors of the exam halls at least 30 minutes before the exam and must take the exam in the hall where their name appears. Students whose names do not appear on the hall list must contact the exam representative of their unit.

4. During the exam, students must keep their student ID cards on their desks in a visible manner so that the invigilators can easily see them.

5. Students will not be allowed to leave the exam hall during the exam period.

6. The exams of students who attend the exam but do not sign the hall attendance sheet will be deemed invalid.

7. The exams of students who attend the exam but incorrectly encode their name–surname, student number and/or T.R. identity number will be deemed invalid.

8. Students must not bring mobile phones, smart watches, earphones, etc. to the exam hall. The detection of any such devices on students during the exam will be considered an attempt to cheat. In such cases, an incident report will be prepared by the invigilators and the students’ exams will be deemed invalid. Procedures regarding these students will be carried out in accordance with the Fırat University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations.
