Students who cannot log in to the Student Information System (OBS) or who have password problems; If they write an e-mail to smakinist@firat.edu.tr by typing their name-surname and student number via the student e-mail address (e-mail given at the university registration) and write "I cannot log in to OBS" or "I have a password problem / I cannot get a new password." a new password will be sent to them through the system.
