STUDENTS WHO HAVE APPLIED ONLINE THROUGH THE MEAL SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION SYSTEM
STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO THEIR DEPARTMENTAL AUTHORITIES ‘UNTIL FRIDAY 8 NOVEMBER’!!!
Authorized Person for Meal Scholarship: Res. Asst. DR. MURAT TUNCER
Documents to be submitted to the Department after the application
a) Civil Registration Sample with Proof of Provenance (the ‘Family’ option must be selected in the documents to be obtained from e-government)
b) A recent student certificate showing that there is no disciplinary penalty (Transcript must be submitted in addition to the student certificate. It is stated in the transcript that there is no disciplinary action)
c) Document showing the family income (Salary slip for employees; Bank account statement showing the last salary received for pensioners; Photocopy of tax plate for tradesmen)
!!!ATTENTION!!!
Those who provide untrue information, even if they receive a meal scholarship, will have their scholarships cancelled and student disciplinary provisions will be applied to them.
In case of misrepresentation, they will also pay back the meal scholarship fees they have received until that date.
