In line with the recommendations and opinions of the Science Board of the Ministry of Health and the Council of Higher Education, the education model to be implemented at Fırat University in the "2020-2021 Academic Year Spring Term" was decided at the Fırat University Senate meeting.
Training according to the decision taken;
1. Faculty of Medicine (Grades 1,2,3,4,5,6) HYBRID
2. Faculty of Dentistry (Grades 2,3,4,5.) HYBRID
3. Faculty of Health Sciences (Departments with Intensive Practice) HYBRID
4. Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (4. Grades) HYBRID
5. Health Services Vocational School (Practice Intensive Health Programs) HYBRID
6. Kovancılar Vocational School (Practical Intensive Health Programs) HYBRID
7. Other Faculties, Schools, State Conservatory and Vocational Schools (All Classes) will be built with the Distance Education Model.
In the "Hybrid Education Model", the related Faculty, School, State Conservatory and Vocational School Boards of Directors will decide on the plans of students to attend classes, follow-up their attendance status and the application of the exams, provided that they comply with the decisions of the Provincial Hygiene Board and will announce the necessary explanations on their web pages.
· The information and course programs of the courses to be taught with the "Hybrid Education Model" within our university will be shared on the web page of the units.
· The application principles of the "Distance Education Model" will be carried out in the same way as the decisions taken by the Senate for the 2020-2021 fall semester.
According to the course of the pandemic, a re-evaluation will be made in the middle of the term.
· Students who do not want to continue their education due to epidemic concerns and accommodation can benefit from the right to freeze registration.
· Our students who plan to apply for an internship within the scope of "Internship Mobilization"; As of February 22, 2021, they can apply from "www.yetenekkapisi.org" and "www.cbiko.gov.tr".
